How Does The Process To Be A Guest Work?
1. Fill Out The Contact Form
I do all of my scheduling and correspondence through an app called HoneyBook - filling out my contact form gets the ball rolling, and from there it is super-easy!

2. Here We Go!
You will get an initial email with a link to schedule your recording time as well as an outline (just like this one) of what comes next and guiding you through the steps to be the best podcast guest you can be!

3. Schedule Your Recording Time​

(if the times listed do not work for you, let me know, I have some additional availability)
Please note - Sunday is my preferred recording day, only if that doesn't work at all, may you choose another day.

4. Give Me The Details
I will send you a questionnaire (super short) to get a little background and information.
5. Submit A Photo & Short Bio
Please send it via email.
The photo should be in JPEG or PNG format, and for the Bio, please no longer than 3-4 paragraphs.
That Is It - You Are Officially A Guest!
After we reach this point, I will make some social artwork, and share it in ALL THE PLACES when it gets closer to the release of your episode, of course tagging you.
What you have to say matters, you have so much to share! With that in mind, I want to share it with as many people as possible... so, I ask that you share the shit outta the posts about your episode to generate interest and get people listening.

HOW DO I JOIN WHEN I AM A GUEST?
Currently, via Zoom - I will be possibly trying out another service in the near future
After scheduling your recording time, you will automatically get an email with the Zoom meeting details!

WHAT QUESTIONS WILL YOU ASK?
I do not send a list of questions in advance. it is very important to me that we have connected conversations that are authentic!
​The questions I will ask will vary greatly for each guest. ​I like to start with a few background questions so that the audience can get to know you a little better before we dive into the good stuff and rest of the episode.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR THE INTERVIEW?
​All of this aside, I WILL send you an "Episode Outline" a few days prior to your scheduled recording time, based on the answers to the initial questionnaire that I send you. So keep in mind, it is very important to get that filled out and submitted ASAP.
​
I have an entire page dedicated to my guests, once they have booked, and will share that with you, so you are 10000% prepared for your episode, I want you to be comfortable and sound your best!

WILL VIDEO BE RECORDED DURING OUR RECORDING SESSION?
Yes, that is something I want to incorporate for promotional purposes, and the possibility of a vlog (condensed version)

DO WE TALK BEFORE THE EPISODE RECORDING?
I usually start off the meeting with a chat for a few minutes about the project before we start recording. We can have an initial call before the recording but it’s usually unnecessary because we have covered so much via email. But if you are worried at all, please reach out!

HOW MANY GUESTS DO YOU HAVE AT ONE TIME?
I plan to have no more than 2 guests at a time during the episodes.

WHAT IF WE DON'T WANT TO USE CLIENTS REAL NAMES?
if you can not share the actual name of your client, please use a fictitious name, and I can include a disclaimer that the name was withheld due to privacy.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SHARE MY STORY BUT DON'T WANT TO TALK?
I still want to share your story, so let's talk about the options and how that will work!
